Plus, we’re always on standby to provide assistance on your trip – somehow missed your driver, or an activity just got cancelled due to inclement weather? #nosweat. We’ll be on hand to help you out.
In a nutshell – no, unless you prefer paying for our airfare (which essentially is what other companies offering group trips are doing). What we have though, are our locals providing at-destination support from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

We believe in first and foremost, understanding what we sell. Each activity you see on the website has been extensively researched, with extra precautions taken for ensuring your safety – this means ensuring that providers adhere to strict safety procedures, industry best practices and maintain their equipment properly. In order to do so, we undertake recces when necessary before launching a new destination.
This is especially important because of the nature of the activities you are undertaking, and we, as a result share responsibility for.

You determine your departure dates and we’ll arrange the trip. For single travelers though, we may sometimes suggest joining in fixed departures so that you can avoid steep premiums associated with single travel.
Specific inclusions will differ between individual trips, but as a general rule of thumb; accommodation, activities, airport transfers and other necessary land transfers are included in our land packages.

Yes! In fact, most of our guests do so in order to accrue credit card rebates and earn rewards.
Just send us a copy of your flight itinerary once you’ve booked your flights so that we can arrange your airport transfers.
In order to confirm an itinerary, we require the following from each traveller:
• A copy of your passport
• Completed booking form
• 50% deposit on land package and (if applicable) 100% of flight cost(s)
We accept payment via bank transfers or cheques in order to minimize transactional costs and, correspondingly, maximize value for you.

Cancellation charges apply as a percentage of the total land package price, as follows:
• More than 45 days: 30% of land package
• 15 to 45 days: 50% of land package
• 14 days or less: 100%
